Transaction terms

These terms apply when you buy products or services from DGG Productions Ltd through this site or links from it (for example merchandise or digital downloads). Merchandise sold by third-party stores we link to may have their own terms, which apply to those purchases.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline an order, for example because an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and will refund any payment taken.

Delivery

We will give an estimated delivery time when you order. Unless we agree otherwise, goods are delivered within 30 days of the order date.

Your right to cancel (consumers)

If you are a consumer buying physical goods, you have 14 days from the day you receive them to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to return them. We will refund the price and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods back. You pay the cost of return unless the goods are faulty. This right does not apply to personalised or made-to-order items. For digital downloads, you lose the right to cancel once the download starts, if you have agreed to this when ordering.

Faulty goods

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something is faulty, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Digital downloads and licences

Buying a download or licence gives you a personal, non-exclusive right to use it as described at the point of sale. Commercial use, synchronisation and redistribution need a separate written licence from us.

Payment

Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Business customers

If you buy for business purposes, the statutory consumer rights above do not apply, and our liability is limited to the price paid except where the law does not allow it.

Cancelling an order or a sign-up

To cancel an order before it ships, email info@dggproductions.com as soon as you can and we will cancel it and refund you if it has not been dispatched. After dispatch, the right to cancel and return above applies. Our email newsletter is free and is not part of any purchase, so you do not have to subscribe to it to buy from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and doing so does not affect an order. If we email you about an order (for example confirmation or delivery), those are service messages and are not marketing.
