Thea is a DGG Productions AI artist built around warm, smoky vocals and confessional songwriting. Her sound blends cinematic soul, alt-pop and rhythmic spoken-word phrasing, and it is aimed at anyone reclaiming their voice.
Every lyric, melody and production choice behind Thea is written and produced by Luke Carter (music pseudonym Sammi Dae). Thea is the vocal identity that carries those songs: a distinct tone, look and delivery on top of human songwriting.
The sound of Thea
Thea's records pair intimate verses with big, cinematic builds. Expect rhythmic guitar, ambient strings, vintage keys and deep analogue-style drums under a vocal that sits between a diary entry and a declaration.
Her latest single, "One True Love (In My DM)", is a half-time contemporary R&B groove at 120 BPM in F# minor, a boundary-setting song about walking away from a digital-age situationship with style rather than bitterness.
