Luke Carter: songwriter, producer and founder of DGG Productions

Luke Carter is a UK-based songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist who records under the name Sammi Dae and founded Manchester label DGG Productions Ltd.

Thirty years of songs

Between 1993 and 2023 Luke wrote, produced and performed more than 600 original songs. Over the last two years he has taken 60 of them, rewritten, re-produced and re-sung each as 7 to 10 multi-genre versions, and created 13 AI artists to perform his vocals.

From digital marketing to music

Before building DGG Productions, Luke spent more than 20 years in senior digital marketing roles, including Head of Digital at a major UK automotive business, while writing and recording music alongside.

The AI artists

Luke writes, produces and performs everything. AI is used only to convert his vocals into each artist's voice. Meet the artists or read how they are made.
